Ray is a Human Transformation Master with over 20 years speaking and business experience who produces lasting, positive results using proven universal principles that bridge the head and heart and ignite the spirit of individuals, organizations and communities. Through his speaking, workshops, and retreats, he has inspired tens of thousands of people to lead happier, more fulfilling personal and professional lives. Also, Ray spent 10 years as a civil engineering project manager leading teams to create multi-million dollar planning, design and construction projects.

In 2002, at 45 years old, Ray pedaled his vintage bicycle 3,369 miles in 70 days, from Phoenix, Arizona, to Ground Zero, New York City, to honor the heroes of 9-11 and share a powerful message of hope and healing with thousands of people across America. Rays award-winning book, Ray of Hope for Peace, chronicles his amazing adventure and reveals brilliant insights for thriving even in the midst of chaos.
